Lunch

Children who are not able to go to their homes for lunch may register in the Lunch Program. There is a fee of $100.00 per year per child. This fee is for supervision and does not include the price of lunch. LUNCH MUST BE BROUGHT FROM HOME. Once in this program no child may leave the school grounds unless he/she brings a written note from parents. this is to ensure the safety of the child. Payment of $50.00 per child will be due the week of September 13, 2010 and the remaining $50.00 per child will be due the week of January 3, 2011.

Cares Program

Provisions for children before and after the regular school day are offered by the staff at Incarnation.

Plan A

Morning CARES—any Pre-Kindergarten parent who has an older child/children at Incarnation or parents who need to get to work may sign up for CARES from 7:45-9:00 AM. These children will be doing enrichment activities at that time.
The fee for this service is $25.00 a week.

Plan B

Children are supervised from after school until as late as six o'clock. During this time play and snacks are provided and homework is begun. Snack is included in cost of program.
COST: $70.00 per week per child.
These fees are flat rates and cannot be altered since the teacher is hire to be present each day. Adjustments are made for holidays by combining short weeks. Classes commence during the first full week of school and continue until the last full week of school in June. You will be notified in September regarding payment.
We ask that all fees are paid on time or your child will not be able to stay in the CARES program.
